Six Word Story Contest

Wednesday, January 2 through Thursday, January 31
Legend has it that Ernest Hemingway placed a bet that he could write a story
in just six words. If the legend is true, he won for
“For Sale: Baby Shoes, Never Worn.”
Now it is your turn! The Napa County Library is challenging any 6th-12th grader in Napa
County to write a story with just six words! Students can submit two original six word stories.
The contest will run through the month of January.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place
