Mr. Lemoncello's Napa Library Lock-in

This year’s Napa County Reads title, Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library by Chris Grabenstein, is about the adventures of a group of middle school students locked in their local library after winning an invitation to spend the night there.
Just like in the book Napa’s 5th-8th grader students are invited to enter a Library Lock-in essay contest. A panel of judges will select up to 45 students to spend the night in the library.

Who gets to go?
Participation is by INVITATION ONLY
Like in the book, participants will be selected via an essay contest.
To be eligible you must:
Live in Napa County
Be a student in either 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade
Have a parent or legal guardian who will stay with you at the library overnight
[PARENTS MUST ATTEND]
Follow all instructions for the essay contest correctly and submit your entry on time.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS 11:59PM, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13.
Winners will be notified by 6:00 pm, Friday, November 17th.
Winners must confirm their intent to participate no later than 10:00am, Tuesday, November 28th.
