Farm to Table Gardening

A basic to intermediate level hands-on class focusing on the fundamentals of gardening.
This course is a unique opportunity to take classes in the Upper Valley Campus garden, the educational hub for farm to table cuisine for the Napa Valley Cooking School. Adults will work together to maintain and expand the gardens. Through lecture and hands-on experiential learning, students will explore the fundamentals of small scale agriculture, ranging from conventional to organic gardening.
